Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, cash, money orders and personal checks. Unless other arrangements are made in advance, payment is due at the time service is rendered.

If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (808) 875-4808. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear up any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage. We participate in most dental plans offered in Hawaii.

As a courtesy to those with dental insurance, we will gladly file your PRIMARY insurance for 100% of our fees. We ask for copayment on the day of services. We then will file your insurance claim for our full fee. After your insurance company has paid their scheduled fees to our office, we will either bill you for any remaining balance due, or send you a refund if your insurance pays more than the remaining balance.

If we are an out of network provider, we will provide you with the necessary forms so that you may file directly for reimbursement.
