Make An Appointment

If you would like to make an appointment, please call our office at (808) 875-4808 during normal office hours. Our lunch hours are from 12pm to 1pm. We appreciate the opportunity to provide superior care for your children, and look forward to welcoming you into our practice.

Our Appointment Policy

Our office strives to offer prompt and convenient appointment times. These appointment times are reserved exclusively for each patient, and we ask for your cooperation and consideration in keeping your appointments and arriving on time. When one patient arrives late, it’s virtually impossible for us to see the rest of our patients in a timely manner. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, please call our office so we can determine if your appointment needs to be rescheduled. We understand that your time is valuable, so we make every effort to seat each patient punctually; we ask for the same respect and courtesy in return.

As a general rule, young children should be seen in the morning because they are alert after a good night’s sleep. In the afternoon hours, we may be running into nap time, where your child may be drowsy and less willing to work with us. School-aged children with long appointments should be seen in the morning for the same reason. Dental appointments are an excused absence from school, however missing class can be kept to a minimum if children keep up with regularly scheduled recall appointments and practice good home care.

In the event that you cannot keep your child’s appointment, please notify our office at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment. This is a courtesy not only to us, but to other patients, who may be waiting for an opening in the schedule. This gives us ample time and opportunity to offer that appointment slot to another patient.
